That's pretty much it, but I will ask Nacho for the amounts of vinegar and oil and water. The rest is tomato, cucumber, green pepper, some onion (not pictured) and bread. We love this chilled in the summer. So refreshing!

And the answer is...2:1. As in, 2 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar (apple cider). Also, lots of garlic. And water to taste (how diluted you want it).
